This patio started out very dirty, with some paver leveling needed as well as mortar repair. We cleaned the paver surfaces and removed all of the old polymer sand from the joints, then carefully cleaned the natural stone steps and retaining walls without damaging them. The old mortar was then removed, and the joints were tuck-pointed with new mortar. We finalized the project by laying new professional-grade polymer sand throughout the joints, and lastly, a seal coating for longevity.
